Where do I begin? I have been in contact with Jason on and off over the last 18 months on beginning the process of buying my first property. He came highly recommended from a contact of mine. Jason was extremely helpful, very professional but also personable which is important when making such a decision. (If you aren't subscribed to his monthly emails they are a great read! ) I wasn't ready to act at that time but fast forward to now and the experience couldn't have been better.A property became available off market which ticked a lot of our boxes and needed to act a little faster that we had anticipated. In a period of 2-3 Days. I went from entering my details on their super easy to use portal, to having pre approval granted & able to sign my contract to secure the property. Victoria & Sarah were an absolute pleasure to deal with, no question was a silly one, many options & structures explained and were extremely comforting along with process, which can be a little stressful. 1 Business day after signing we had unconditional approval and are awaiting settlement.Out of all the moving parts in buying a property (Agent, Broker, Conveyancer etc) they were the easiest to deal with and I felt they were in my corner every step of the way.Very grateful to have gone through this with iChoice and look forward to a long lasting financial relationship.P.S - I forgot to mention they also achieved the best interest rate by 0.4% from two other brokers I explored along the journey!Thank you iChoice team & looking forward to settling on my first home!
